Scaffolding Supervisor – LPG Plant (Qatar)

About the role

The company is a leading LPG bottling plant seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead a crew in a live plant environment. You will ensure safe erection, modification and dismantling of complex scaffold structures while complying with strict HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the scaffolding crew in all activities.
• Calculate load‑bearing capacities, estimate material requirements and read engineering blueprints/scaffold drawings.
• Coordinate with the HSE team and obtain required Permit to Work (PTW) clearances before work starts.
• Conduct daily Toolbox Talks and enforce proper PPE and fall‑arrest system usage.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years overall scaffolding experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role on Oil & Gas or heavy‑industrial projects.
• Valid CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate (or equivalent).
• Proven experience on Ras Laffan or Qatar Energy approved projects.
• Preferably certified in Permit to Work procedures.
• Must be residing in Qatar with a valid QID and available to join immediately.
