Security Manager for Mall Operations

About the role
The Security Manager will oversee all security operations at Doha Festival City Mall, ensuring safety of personnel, visitors, and assets while coordinating with city authorities and emergency services.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and implement comprehensive security systems, including CCTV and access controls.
- Manage event security, traffic flow, parking, and coordination with police and civil defence.
- Conduct regular security audits, incident analysis, and crisis management.
- Maintain liaison with anchor tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders to align security strategies.
- Prepare routine and ad‑hoc reports for senior management.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in security management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make independent emergency decisions.
- Previous experience in national security, police, or similar agency.
- Flexibility to work long hours when required.
