Semi-Skilled Laborer - Heritage Site Restoration

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Semi-Skilled Laborer in Doha to support restoration and maintenance activities at heritage sites. The role involves general fieldwork, handling materials and tools, and carrying out assigned tasks under the direct supervision of site engineers and supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technicians and supervisors with restoration and maintenance activities.
• Carry out basic fieldwork activities as instructed.
• Handle materials and tools used at the work site.
• Work collectively with technicians and other site personnel.
• Follow all safety and security rules applicable to the work site.
• Maintain attention to detail while completing assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant fieldwork experience.
• Suitable physical fitness, patience and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, as per site requirements.

Required skills

• Basic fieldwork skills.
• Ability to handle site materials and tools.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under direct supervision.
