About the role
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Qatar. The role involves managing accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable functions, customer collections and customer reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash position and daily banking transactions.
- Maintain fixed assets register, handle capitalization and depreciation schedules.
- Support month‑end and year‑end financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Professional accounting qualifications (preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
- Arabic speaker.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
