Senior Associate Branch Coaching and Mentoring (Qatarization)

About the role

The incumbent will identify knowledge gaps among frontline sales and service staff across QNB branches and work closely with business heads and HR to close those gaps through focused learning and development initiatives. The role also involves regular branch visits to ensure compliance, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify knowledge gaps among frontline sales and service staff across branches.
• Design and deliver soft‑skill, product‑knowledge and technical training programs in partnership with HRD.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess compliance with policies, improve operational efficiency and monitor service‑quality indicators such as mystery‑shopping and customer‑satisfaction scores.
• Support development of e‑learning modules, performance‑improvement plans and drive sales and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with auditors, compliance, risk and other functions to provide accurate information and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
• Demonstrated ability to work with business/channel heads and HR development teams to close skill gaps.
