Senior Brand Manager (Contractor)

About the role

Ooredoo Group is seeking a Senior Brand Manager on a contract basis to act as the custodian of its brand across multiple markets. You will protect brand consistency, strengthen differentiation, and enable scalable execution while balancing global standards with local relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent visual identity, tagline, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Own and operate the group brand governance model, including approvals, toolkits, audits, and compliance checks.
• Lead the multi‑market brand positioning program, assessing current perception, defining brand personality, and establishing a future‑focused framework.
• Coordinate inputs from priority markets (e.g., Iraq, Algeria, Tunisia) and translate strategy into updated brand guidelines and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with media, marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior brand management or brand governance within a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to balance global consistency with local market nuances.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering actionable brand positioning frameworks.
