• Gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements for digital healthcare platforms.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization to enhance operational performance.
• Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business stakeholders and IT departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support large-scale initiatives focused on system, data, and operational transformation.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the HealthTech or digital transformation sectors.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Analytical mindset with a track ability to navigate complex data environments.
