About the role

A business analyst position in Qatar for the retail wealth management and affluent banking team. The role supports the development of an onshore affluent wealth proposition and requires 8+ years of experience. Only candidates with actual wealth, investment or affluent banking domain experience will be considered; generic retail banking or generic IT business analysts will not be accepted.

Required profile

Strong experience in wealth management, affluent, private or priority banking
Understanding of investment products, portfolio management, AUM and investment advisory
Experience in business analysis, including BRD/BRS, requirements gathering and process mapping
Exposure to client analytics, segmentation, personas and customer journey analysis
Experience with digital wealth, digital banking and investment platforms
Experience in banking transformation and digital wealth initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills
Understanding of investment suitability, regulations and banking practices
