About the role
The Senior Cargo Customer Service Agent will deliver front‑line support to Qatar Airways Cargo customers, acting as the main liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. The role ensures smooth cargo flow through accurate booking management, acceptance handling and continuous improvement of service performance at the Doha station.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain full compliance with safety and security regulations throughout cargo handling processes.
- Manage cargo bookings, acceptance, and documentation to guarantee timely movement of shipments.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and ground teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Monitor service metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide accurate reporting and presentations on cargo performance.
Required profile
- High school diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience in logistics or air transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written English; French and Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Proactive mindset, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of cargo reservation, acceptance and handling processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools with strong presentation and reporting capabilities.
