Senior Commercial Director – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotels Qatar are seeking a Senior Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy for Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort & Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar. Reporting to the General Manager and sitting on the Hotel Planning Committee, the role drives top‑line revenue, profitability and market share while upholding Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing commercial team across Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing and Public Relations.
• Partner with the General Manager and Planning Committee to align business plans with revenue‑generating strategies and build trust with ownership and corporate leadership.
• Design and implement pricing, distribution and RevPAR optimisation strategies to maximise profitability.
• Oversee sales and business development, managing key accounts, strategic partnerships and resource allocation across both properties.
• Develop and execute an integrated annual marketing plan, directing digital, SEO, PPC and social media activities.
• Manage public relations initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand voice and driving awareness in key feeder markets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience as a Commercial Director in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management, preferably with Four Seasons or comparable brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and financial management skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to identify new opportunities within a structured brand environment.
• High professional integrity, hands‑on collaborative approach and flexibility to travel to key markets.
