Senior Completions Specialist (Fab)

About the role

The Senior Completions Specialist (Fab) leads Mechanical Completion activities for offshore oil & gas projects, applying best practices and deep technical knowledge to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery. The role supports colleagues, solves complex problems, and drives continuous improvement across the Completions (Fab) discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Review project Scope of Work and specifications to plan Mechanical Completion execution.
• Coordinate with Fabrication Coordinators, HSE Officers, and engineering teams on schedules, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Prepare execution plans, inspection and test records, and manage the Mechanical Completion Management System (PIMS).
• Supervise discipline engineers, allocate budget and person‑hours, and define system limits for completion activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in hookup and commissioning for offshore O&G projects.
• Proven experience with PIMS completion management, punch‑list handling, preservation management, and handover processes.
