Senior Construction Manager

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction activities for large and complex building works, especially within international airport environments. This senior‑level position provides leadership across the project site to ensure effective delivery of works in line with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction activities for large and complex building works.
• Manage and coordinate site construction activities to support effective project delivery.
• Provide senior‑level construction leadership across the project site.
• Coordinate construction activities within the international airport environment.
• Support delivery of the works in accordance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in large/complex projects.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in large international airport projects.
• Experience in an operational airport environment preferred.
