Senior Consultant – Consumer Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep business and functional expertise in the Consumer sector. The role focuses on analysing current consumer‑related processes, defining future digital solutions and ensuring they are correctly implemented within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level consulting for consumer services and systems, translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Analyse and document "As‑Is" and "To‑Be" processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation and digitisation.
• Collaborate with business owners, solution architects, developers and data teams to design and deliver digital consumer services.
• Define business rules, validation logic, workflows, roles, permissions and approval processes.
• Support integration of consumer services with CRM, mobile/web channels, payment and identity platforms.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in solution design workshops, UAT preparation and issue resolution.
• Assist change‑management activities and recommend improvements based on performance data and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in consulting for consumer‑sector organisations, preferably within government or regulatory bodies.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in managing digital transformation projects and supporting user acceptance testing.
