Senior Data Analyst – Drive Business Insights

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a cross‑functional team of engineers, data scientists, product managers and business stakeholders. You will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that shape product strategy and drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources ensuring data integrity.
• Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to uncover trends and patterns.
• Design and maintain databases, data collection systems, and analytics pipelines.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement robust, scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in technical interviews.
• Stay current with industry advances in predictive analytics and causal inference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product analysis or data manipulation, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
