Senior Data Governance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Data Governance Analyst will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of data governance controls across NOC data repositories and platforms. This technical role ensures data quality, cataloging and metadata management are aligned with business needs, supporting AI, advanced analytics and digital use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data governance solutions, including data quality rules, cataloging and metadata management.
• Define and implement governance processes on AI, digital use cases and cloud‑hosted data assets.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards and custodians across 16 departments to capture requirements and drive improvements.
• Review vendor deliverables, enforce corrective actions and ensure compliance with information security classifications.
• Develop AI governance, observability and quality assurance capabilities, including audit trails and automated monitoring for model performance and bias.
• Provide data literacy training and upskilling for end‑users.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data governance, data quality and metadata management.
• Strong understanding of AI and advanced analytics data requirements.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence data owners, stewards and security teams.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of implementing governance at scale.
