Senior Demand Planning Specialist

About the role

Talabat is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Specialist to support the growth of Talabat Mart, the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30‑minute grocery delivery. You will ensure optimal inventory levels across stores in Kuwait and the UAE and help expand the service to new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock movement and adjust inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock or overstock situations.
• Maintain and update replenishment parameters such as lead times, reorder points, EOQ and minimum order quantities.
• Prepare demand forecasts, initiate store orders and track receipt of goods.
• Coordinate inventory management with Category Managers and dispatch orders to suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting, planning and replenishment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Experience working with warehouse management or 3PL partners.
• Data‑driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable using analytical tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with ability to interact with senior executives.
