About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer in Doha, in the oil and gas sector. The engineer leads electrical QA/QC inspections, testing surveillance, contractor performance monitoring, documentation review and compliance verification.
Key responsibilities
- Lead electrical inspection, testing and quality surveillance activities.
- Review and approve ITPs, method statements, inspection records and test certificates.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor electrical activities.
- Verify electrical works against drawings, specifications, codes and contract requirements.
- Ensure quality record traceability and proper documentation.
- Raise NCRs and submit senior-level quality and inspection reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Instrumentation qualification is desirable.
- Senior-level experience in large electrical works on oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Electrical installation and testing.
- QA/QC systems and international standards.
- Contractor surveillance.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
