Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology Department and drive our digital transformation initiatives. You will design, build, and maintain high‑performance web and mobile applications within an API‑first architecture, supporting CRM and lead management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile platforms using an API‑first approach.
• Build and optimise backend services, frontend interfaces, and databases for secure, responsive digital solutions.
• Design and implement CRM systems, lead management platforms, and integrations with third‑party services such as property portals, booking engines, and payment gateways.
• Manage deployment pipelines, system monitoring, and production stability while troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure system quality through testing, performance optimisation, scalability improvements, and adherence to coding standards and security best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies, maintain technical documentation, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives, including automation and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven experience building scalable web and mobile applications.

Required skills

• Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.
• Backend languages/platforms: Node.js, Python, Java.NET.
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB (relational and non‑relational).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• CI/CD pipeline design and deployment processes.
