Senior HR Advisor – 18+ Years' Experience provides expert guidance on complex strategic, operational and organizational matters, leveraging extensive HR and business experience.

Key responsibilities

Advise senior leadership on complex HR and organizational matters.
Develop strategic recommendations and solutions.
Support workforce planning and organizational transformation.
Review HR frameworks, policies and governance.
Provide expert input into major organizational initiatives.
Mentor and guide HR professionals and senior stakeholders.
