Senior HR Services Analyst – Payroll & Systems (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Senior Analyst, HR Services will manage core HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, off‑boarding and employee relations for Ooredoo Group in Qatar. You will support the OneOoredoo transformation programme and work closely with the Manager HR Operations & Systems to strengthen the HR infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for employees, contractors and secondees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate health, life and retirement insurance renewals and liaise with QFC and Qatari authorities.
• Maintain HR data integrity, update employee records and support bonus, salary increase and LTI calculations.
• Assist in data mapping, cleansing and migration from Oracle to SAP, and participate in UAT testing.
• Provide end‑to‑end HR services support, respond to employee queries and ensure timely resolution of payroll and benefits issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in HR operations, payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari labour law, QFC regulations and HR governance requirements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with finance, IT and external auditors.

Required skills

• Oracle HRMS management.
• SAP HR module and data migration experience.
• Payroll system administration and reconciliation.
• HR digital platforms and service delivery management.
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and process documentation.
