Senior Interior Designer – Full-Time in Doha

About the role

Open Limits Design is seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience in Qatar. The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of a project from initial concept development through design coordination and execution follow‑up, combining strong creative vision with solid technical understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Study each project thoroughly and understand its architectural character, functionality, and design direction.
• Develop professional furniture layouts, mood boards, and concept boards.
• Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Create 3D designs or coordinate effectively with the 3D design team.
• Set clear project timelines and manage design deliverables.
• Review technical and working drawings to ensure alignment with the approved design.
• Coordinate between the design team, technical drafting team, and site execution team.
• Follow up during execution to ensure the design is implemented correctly on site.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of interior design experience in Qatar.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and technical drawings.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
