Senior IT Business Analyst – SAP

About the role

The Senior IT Business Analyst will work within QAFCO's Business or Office Systems Group, analysing business needs, identifying problems and proposing SAP‑based solutions. The role bridges stakeholders, translates requirements into project plans and ensures successful delivery of IT initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and enforce IT policies, procedures and methodologies.
• Gather, document and analyse business requirements, converting them into process diagrams and system specifications.
• Configure, maintain and test SAP S/4HANA and related applications, overseeing unit and regression testing.
• Lead internal IT projects, ensuring compliance with project‑management, change‑management and quality standards.
• Participate in software selection, technical evaluation and recommendation of third‑party solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including hands‑on work with SAP modules, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to supervise programming activities, testing and user‑acceptance sign‑offs.
