About the role
The Senior Key Account Manager will drive growth and sustain long‑term relationships with Aramex’s most strategic clients. You will act as the primary liaison, aligning client needs with Aramex’s logistics and supply‑chain capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Maintain and deepen partnerships to improve client loyalty and retention.
- Prepare performance reports for clients and senior management.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and SLA compliance for key initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations and supply‑chain teams to fulfill client expectations.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide training on Aramex services and tools.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and conduct benchmarking studies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- 5‑7 years of account management or sales experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Proven record of managing key accounts and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply‑chain processes.
- Experience negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
