Senior Manager – Corporate Planning

About the role

The Senior Manager – Corporate Planning will lead the corporate planning function for QNB across Doha, its branches, representative offices and subsidiaries. The role supports the definition of key performance indicators, the quarterly performance‑management process and the development of the bank’s annual business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery and evolution of the Corporate Planning function across all QNB entities.
• Define and maintain KPIs across financial and non‑financial dimensions for business, support and control divisions.
• Coordinate and execute the quarterly performance‑management process.
• Review, analyse and interpret KPI scorecards to provide insight on bank performance and strategy execution.
• Collaborate with strategy development and PMO teams to shape annual business plans, linking them to strategic projects, performance management and CapEx planning.
• Prepare and present performance and business‑plan information to Executive Management and the Board.
• Promote cost consciousness, efficiency and productivity throughout the planning cycle.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in corporate planning, performance management or finance within a banking environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven capability to work with multiple divisions and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
