About the role

The Senior Manager, Treasury Corporate Sales will lead the marketing and sales support of QNB's treasury products to corporate clients. This role involves proactive outreach, cross‑selling, and ensuring all account opening documentation complies with KYC/AML and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell treasury products to existing and new corporate customers through calls and visits.
  • Gather, review, and validate documentation for new treasury accounts and amendments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to position QNB’s treasury services as a leading offering in the corporate segment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments to meet service level agreements and improve turnaround times.
  • Provide accurate data to auditors, compliance, financial control, and risk teams as required.
  • Support the Corporate Sales and Marketing strategy and contribute to achieving sales targets and budget.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in corporate treasury sales or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory documentation processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of treasury products and corporate banking solutions.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance procedures.
  • Experience preparing and managing account opening documentation.
