Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist will shape and protect the visual identity and market presence of our fashion brands. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will lead both offline and online campaigns, ensuring they align with brand strategy and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, produce and enforce visual identity and market visibility for assigned fashion brands.
• Plan, budget, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, advertising and events.
• Conduct market research, competitive and financial analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for future marketing strategies.
• Develop creative concepts, collaborate with designers and external agencies, and create marketing collateral.
• Write, proofread and edit content for various media channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse conversion rates and traffic, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market and online trends to keep campaigns relevant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Professional marketing qualification such as CIM is mandatory.
• 4–6 years of experience managing multiple brands or marketing for reputable fashion brands.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost‑efficient execution.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, well‑presented and able to communicate effectively.
