Senior Mechanical Supervisor – Offshore Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior Mechanical Supervisors to lead offshore mechanical activities on oil & gas platforms. The role involves supervising maintenance, troubleshooting and inspection of critical rotating equipment for a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise offshore mechanical maintenance on gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and generators.
• Oversee inspection, troubleshooting and repair of rotating equipment such as pumps, motors and mechanical packages.
• Coordinate offshore compression platform operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage a rotation schedule of 56 days offshore and 28 days onshore.
• Provide technical guidance to on‑site teams and ensure project deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in offshore oil & gas mechanical projects.
• Strong background with gas turbine, compressor and rotating equipment maintenance.
• Valid BOSIET certification (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience with offshore mechanical equipment.
• Candidates from AREA 2 or AREA 3 are preferred.
