About the role
The company is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator with extensive hands‑on experience to manage and optimise its on‑premises Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 on‑premises, including architecture, deployment, security and troubleshooting.
- Develop customisations, plugins, workflows and integrations using C#.NET, JavaScript, Web APIs and SQL Server.
- Manage solution lifecycle, change and release processes, and ensure high availability, backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
Required profile
- At least 6 years of hands‑on Dynamics CRM administration experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM On‑Premises administration
- C# and .NET Framework development

- IIS and Windows Server administration
