Senior Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to provide high‑level administrative and project coordination support within a leading healthcare organization in Qatar. The role works closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, manage documentation, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to senior management.
• Coordinate communication and documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, assist with planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
• Support budgeting activities, policy development, and process improvements.
• Maintain documentation for quality, compliance, and accreditation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, executive administration, or departmental coordination.
• Previous experience in healthcare, government, or large corporate environments is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting senior executives or department directors.
• Familiarity with quality improvement, compliance, or accreditation processes.

Required skills

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
