Senior Quality Manager

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control across design and construction projects. You will ensure that contractor QA/QC systems, processes, and deliverables meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve Contractor’s QA/QC Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and related procedures.
• Monitor implementation of quality processes throughout design and construction phases.
• Lead quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities.
• Review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), manage corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Verify compliance of materials, workmanship, and testing processes with project requirements.
• Report quality performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to the client.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA/QC management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead audits, manage NCRs, and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to clients and internal teams.
