Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Baladna Food Industries, a leading food and beverage company in the region, is expanding its Commercial Management team in Doha. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee project cost control and commercial administration across its construction initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and client expectations. The role involves close coordination with project teams, subcontractors and clients to achieve commercial objectives while contributing to cost optimisation and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project costs from inception through final account settlement.
• Administer subcontractor contracts, payments and related documentation.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
• Handle variations, claims and client valuations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with strong quantity surveying expertise.
• Experience working in the GCC region is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
