About the role
QD‑SBG is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead quantity surveying activities on road construction projects in Doha. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of cost estimation, measurement and contract administration for major infrastructure works.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents for road projects.
- Coordinate with main contractors to ensure accurate measurement and pricing.
- Monitor project progress, variations and cost control throughout the construction phase.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier quotations, and support contract negotiations.
- Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably on road projects.
- Engineering degree and UP certification.
- Proven experience working with main contractors on large‑scale road infrastructure.
- Immediate availability preferred; transferable visa with NOC advantageous.
