Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental businesses. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design, develop, and ship core platform components that automate reservations, pricing, payments, guest communication, and property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale backend services, APIs, and event‑driven workflows that power the entire rental lifecycle.
• Build AI‑powered automation engines using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication, maintenance triage, and dynamic pricing.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google and other ecosystem partners.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS to ensure reliability and global performance.

Required profile

• Strong experience building production‑grade software systems and owning end‑to‑end delivery.
• Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and balance speed with maintainability.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
