Senior Software Engineer – Oracle BSS Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / SME with deep expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Pricing Design Centre (PDC), Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) and BI Publisher within a telecom environment. The role involves design, implementation, configuration, upgrades and production support of Oracle BSS platforms in cloud‑native environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and support Oracle BRM 12.x and 15.x solutions, including custom Opcodes, MTA applications and integrations using PCM C/Java.
• Configure and manage BRM modules such as Customer Account Management, Subscription Management, Rating & Charging, Billing & Invoicing, AR, Taxation and GL.
• Perform BRM installations, upgrades, patching, migrations and L2/L3 production support.
• Configure and maintain telecom pricing catalogs in PDC, manage offers, bundles, discounts and pricing governance.
• Design, configure and maintain OCOMC mediation workflows, develop custom cartridges and ensure data integrity across voice, SMS, data and roaming traffic.
• Develop operational, financial and customer reports using BI Publisher and Oracle Analytics Publisher, including data models, SQL datasets and report scheduling.
• Support cloud‑native deployments using Kubernetes, Helm and CI/CD pipelines, manage version control and release governance.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of hands‑on telecom industry experience with Oracle BRM, PDC and OCOMC.
• Proven track record of implementing, upgrading, migrating and supporting large‑scale billing and mediation platforms.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
