Senior Solution Architect

About the role

This is a technical leadership role where the architect owns the technical integrity of the solution and leads multidisciplinary engineering teams, without hands‑on development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain end‑to‑end solution architecture across application, data, integration, cloud, security and analytics domains.
• Lead and provide technical direction to multidisciplinary engineering and delivery teams, reviewing designs and ensuring alignment with architecture.
• Establish and govern quality management across the solution lifecycle, defining standards, controls and automated testing practices.
• Coordinate with specialist architects, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure security, performance, scalability and maintainability requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of technology experience, including at least 5 years in solution or technical architecture leadership.
• Proven delivery of complex enterprise solutions combining data platforms and applications, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Data platform architecture: ETL/ELT, data integration, modeling, data quality, metadata, governance, MDM.
• Application & integration architecture: modern web, APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes.
• Cloud & platform architecture: hybrid cloud, scalability, resilience, networking, observability.
• Security & privacy: IAM, RBAC/ABAC, encryption, tokenization, data privacy.
• Analytics & AI/ML concepts, DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD), automated testing (unit, integration, performance, SAST, DAST).
