Senior Specialist, Identity and Access Management

About the role

Support the IT Security Manager in delivering the company’s cyber‑security vision. Own and manage identity and access management initiatives, providing guidance and maintaining IAM security controls across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures for authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Manage IAM projects, including provisioning and de‑provisioning of user accounts and resolving identity duplicates.
• Integrate new systems with the IAM structure and oversee data feeds to target systems.
• Administer Single Sign‑On, federation, authentication, and authorization platforms.
• Monitor and audit user access to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Produce regular reports on IAM performance, compliance contributions, and security incidents.
• Collaborate with other teams to embed IAM controls within broader security frameworks.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT management, Information Security, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of information security experience with progressively senior responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of common IT and information security technologies and frameworks such as ISO 27001, Qatar 2022 CSF, and Cloud‑first QCB directives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
