Senior WMS Support Specialist - Infor 11

About the role

Gulf Warehousing Company is looking for a Senior WMS Support Specialist to provide expert application support, functional training and system administration for its Infor 11 WMS on-premise platform across 34 warehouse locations. The role is primarily operational but has growing influence over feature delivery and system roadmap decisions. It is a hands-on technical position.

Key responsibilities

• Support Vision Picking, resolve end-user queries and configuration issues, and handle OMS support requests and data-correction investigations
• Manage daily WMS service tickets across 34 sites and handle system-disruption incidents
• Administer the Infor Portal, archive system data, maintain billing-cycle health and run upgrades, testing and deployment
• Perform backend updates, database patching and application patching, and coordinate with the Infor WMS vendor on bugs and enhancements
• Run UAT for new integrations, roll out features to all sites, and configure new warehouse setups (location, workflow, client parameters)
• Configure batch picking, bulk upload, MSO, labeling, expiry-report suppression and NCR validation
• Set up client portals, build and maintain client-facing reports and WMS dashboards
• Train operations staff, document configurations and procedures, and propose process improvements
• Work with the Boomi integration team on migration planning and legacy Ramp interfaces, and track enhancement pipeline progress

Required profile

• At least 5 years in WMS application administration, support or implementation, with 3+ years hands-on on Infor WMS 10 or 11 on-premise
• Experience managing WMS operations across multiple warehouse sites
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Self-driven, able to manage a high-volume ticket queue, coordinate vendor escalations and deliver training without direct supervision

Required skills

• Infor WMS certification or equivalent vendor-accredited WMS training
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service-management framework
• Strong collaboration and prioritisation skills under pressure
