Server Assistant / Busperson

About the role

The Food & Beverage Assistant Server supports the Food Server in delivering an expertly served dining experience at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, ensuring tables are cleared and reset to Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
• Perform side work, polish silverware, refill condiment containers, and crumb tables.
• Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.

Required profile

• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).

Required skills

• General food knowledge.
• Ability to meet Four Seasons service standards.
