Service Delivery Manager

About the role

The Service Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end design, planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring solutions meet both customer expectations and organisational standards. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee smooth operations and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, closure and handover.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering schedules, communication, resource allocation and risk management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to maintain operational efficiency.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budget, scope and quality, delivering regular status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, governance standards and deadline commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes and client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project delivery, stakeholder management and service operations within large organisations.
• Experience in government or semi‑government sectors in Qatar is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
