Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management

About the role

IET, part of Baker Hughes Company, is looking for a Services Advisor for its Contract Performance Management function. The role leads the communication of business goals, programs and processes for an area or business segment, solving problems and developing and executing objectives for self and others. It involves contract administration, customer interface and team leadership for assigned programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts, including customer interface, negotiations, preparation and contract interpretation.
• Support contract management for equipment-only orders on domestic and international LNG and power plant contracts.
• Carry out proposal, negotiation and contract administration with minimal supervision.
• Support managers and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
• Maintain frequent contact with customers on contract matters and act as liaison with functional organizations.
• Perform team leader responsibilities for assigned programs and review processes to ensure efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in contract administration.
• 7 years of experience with contract formation and execution / contract performance management.
• Experience or knowledge of rotating equipment, especially gas turbines.
• Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is preferred.
