Services Senior Advisor – E&I Manager

About the role

Join the Services team to provide post‑sales technical support, troubleshooting, and field service for global customers. You will resolve complex technical issues and drive customer satisfaction across multiple levels of support.

Key responsibilities

• Own resolution of post‑sales technical customer issues of varying complexity.
• Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Present product strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage medium‑term projects and develop approaches to meet changing business and customer requirements.
• Support customized customer solutions and adapt technical processes to client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customer representatives to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements.
