Signage Fabrication & Installation Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Signage Fabrication & Installation Technician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves producing and installing a variety of indoor and outdoor signage for commercial, retail and advertising projects, while maintaining high‑quality standards and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble and install indoor and outdoor signage according to technical drawings and production layouts.
• Measure, cut, assemble and finish signage components using industry‑standard tools and equipment.
• Prepare substrates and apply self‑adhesive vinyl graphics on acrylic, glass, metal, composite panels and vehicles.
• Mount, laminate, trim and finish printed graphics to meet project specifications.
• Install illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, lightboxes, directional signage and commercial branding elements.
• Carry out ACP cladding installation and related finishing work when required.
• Safely install signage at customer sites, adhering to workplace safety standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organized work environment.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in signage fabrication and installation, preferably on commercial or retail projects.
• Physically fit, comfortable working at heights and on‑site.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.
• GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
