Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to join our supervision team in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on managing daily site activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and material requests.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with architectural, interior, structural and MEP teams to ensure consistency and on‑site feasibility.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in site engineering.
• Based in Qatar with a valid QID and UPDA license preferred; applicants from Jordan also encouraged.
• Previous experience in the GCC is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge in Revit.
