Site Leader – Learn to Swim Programme

About the role

Hamilton Aquatics is seeking a motivated Site Leader to oversee its Learn to Swim programme in Doha. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of swim teachers, and ensuring high‑quality lesson delivery for students of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of swim teachers to deliver lessons in line with the company’s teaching philosophy.
• Plan, implement and monitor lesson programmes to ensure student progress.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking and customer communications.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handling enquiries and maintaining high retention rates.
• Mentor staff, support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee safety procedures, child‑protection policies and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience teaching swimmers of varying abilities.
• Proven experience in administration, recruitment and working with KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills (face‑to‑face, phone, email).
• Experience in a curriculum‑based environment.
• Valid driving licence (subject to Qatar conversion requirements).
• Desirable: current lifeguard qualification, experience teaching adult and child programmes, club‑setting experience.
