Site Manager – Industrial Project (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of an industrial revamping project in Qatar. Based on‑site for a six‑month period, you will represent ALDEBARAN Group to the client and subcontractors, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all construction and installation activities across all project phases.
• Manage site teams and supervise subcontractors, monitoring progress, resources and productivity.
• Organise daily and weekly coordination meetings with stakeholders and produce progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with the project schedule, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Enforce HSE procedures and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Apply quality procedures and oversee quality‑control activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and act as the interface between construction, engineering and client teams.
• Participate in project close‑out, punch‑list follow‑up and final acceptance of installations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on international industrial projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a comparable role.
• Strong track record managing subcontractors and multicultural teams.
• Experience with brownfield, revamping or plant shutdown projects is a plus.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic activities.
• Fluent English.
