About the role

As a Social Media & Content Creator at Hilton Salwa you will bring the warmth of hospitality to life online, supporting sales and marketing while delivering memorable experiences for guests through digital storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging, on‑brand social media content.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing priorities.
• Capture and edit photography, videography, Reels and short‑form social content.
• Collaborate with resort departments to identify guest experiences, promotions, events and storytelling opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media engagement and support the resort’s social media strategy.
• Track performance, audience insights and competitor activity and turn findings into recommendations.
• Stay current with platform developments, social trends and emerging content formats.
• Write and edit compelling copy for social media, web and email campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of relevant marketing, social media, digital marketing or content creation experience preferred.
• Creative storyteller with strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness of how content supports marketing objectives.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Strong photography and videography skills, including editing for social‑first formats.
• Confidence using social media platforms and digital tools.
• Creative storytelling and copywriting for digital channels.
