Social Media Marketing Analyst

About the role

APTECH QATAR is seeking a Social Media Marketing Analyst to drive enrollment growth and enhance its online presence. The role combines sales, lead generation, content creation, and data‑driven analysis to support the institution’s education and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase enrollment and revenue, identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships through direct sales and online outreach.
• Create, design, and write engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn while maintaining the brand’s voice and visual identity.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments, messages and inquiries promptly, and foster a positive customer experience.
• Track, analyse, and report on social media campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least five years of proven experience in sales and social‑media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic or Tagalog proficiency is a plus.
• Strong creative and design sensibility; experience with graphic‑design tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
