Social Media Marketing Manager – Client-Facing Role

About the role

Sphere is looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution and growth of social media activities for high‑profile client accounts in Qatar. This senior, client‑facing role will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with creative, content, video production and digital teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with key client accounts.
• Develop and own social media strategies and content plans.
• Present recommendations, performance reports and insights to clients.
• Oversee content creation workflows to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and platform updates to identify opportunities.
• Optimize campaigns continuously to drive performance and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience within the Qatar market.
• Strong understanding of local business practices, consumer behavior and media landscape.
• Demonstrated experience managing major accounts and leading strategic discussions.
• Confident client‑facing professional comfortable in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Based in Qatar.
