Spa & Beauty Therapist (Female)

About the role

Join the luxury spa team at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel and deliver professional spa and beauty treatments while providing a high standard of personalized guest service. The role ensures a relaxing, safe, and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa and beauty treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and other qualified services.
• Conduct guest consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Prepare and keep treatment rooms clean, well‑stocked and hygienic, following all health and safety standards.
• Promote spa packages, memberships and retail products, and support reception during busy periods.
• Report any maintenance, product shortage or equipment issues promptly.

Required profile

• Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Professional appearance, strong guest‑service orientation and good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
