Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager oversees all aspects of spa operations at our Lusail location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient staff performance. This full-time role reports to the Spa Director and steps in during their absence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of spa staff across salon, skin‑care, massage, reception, and locker‑room areas.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms while staying within budget.
• Monitor and control operating budgets, payroll reports, and financial statements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the spa facilities.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote continuous service improvement.
• Conduct employee performance reviews, training, and progressive discipline in partnership with HR.
• Lead orientation and ongoing training programs for new and existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with property policies, SOPs, and local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff schedules.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
